You may not:

- Redistribute platform technology
Without written permission.
8.2 Creator Content
Creators retain ownership of their course materials.
By publishing content on the Platform, creators grant the Platform:
- A non-exclusive license
- To host, display, distribute, and promote the content
Learners receive a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for personal use only.
Course content may not be:
- Downloaded (unless permitted)
- Redistributed
- Resold
- Shared publicly
9. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the refund system
- Harass other users
- Upload illegal or infringing content
- Attempt to bypass platform protections
Violations may result in:
- Account suspension
- Revenue hold
- Permanent termination
Without refund.
10. Termination
